Bevilacqua PLLC is hiring for a Senior Attorney for the Corporate and Securities practice to primarily focus on public offerings, registered direct offerings, PIPEs, Exchange Act reporting, national securities exchange rules compliance, reverse mergers, equity crowdfunding (Regulation A, Regulation CF, Rule 506(c)), and mergers and acquisitions. Dispute Resolution (Litigation) Attorney

Bevilacqua PLLC is hiring for a Dispute Resolution (Litigation) Associate with at least 3 years of business litigation experience with an AmLaw 200 law firm and, ideally, someone who had a judicial clerkship at the trial court level. Candidates must have experience with all aspects of civil discovery, including managing e-discovery matters, drafting and responding to written discovery requests, and taking and defending depositions; drafting discovery, merits, and in limine motions; preparing pre-trial submissions; and conducting motions hearings. Great legal skill and sound practical judgment are a must.
