Tuo Wang advises clients on legal matters related to securities and corporate law, including private placements, Regulation CF offerings, Regulation A offerings, public offerings of securities, merger acquisition transactions and general corporate and SEC reporting matters. Mr. Wang works with both domestic and international companies and takes pride in assisting his clients to overcome legal obstacles through all stages of growth.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wang was an associate at a Michigan-based large law firm where he worked on various corporate and litigation matters. During law school, Mr. Wang worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael E. Hegarty of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.

Mr. Wang received his Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law where he also served as the Article Selection Editor for NYU Law Review of Social Change. Mr. Wang received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hope College and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Mr. Wang is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan.
