Hung Yi Chien practices various aspects of U.S. securities and corporate law, particularly advising both domestic and international companies through all stages of growth on initial and follow-on public offerings, private placements, other exempt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance and general corporate matters.

Mr. Chien represents public and private companies as well as investors, underwriters and placement agents in a variety of financing transactions, and advises clients regarding federal filing requirements under the Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934 as well as other SEC, FINRA, NASDAQ, NYSE and OTC compliance requirements.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chien was an associate at a New York-based law firm with nationally recognized securities law practice. He obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School, where he served as a Managing Editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal, Volume 44. During law school, he worked with two firms focusing on commercial litigation across various jurisdictions as a summer law clerk and he completed a legal counsel externship with the Port of New Orleans.

Mr. Chien is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese and Southern Min.
