Michael (Charlie) Starmer practices an extensive array of securities and corporate law at Bevilacqua PLLC. His areas of expertise include corporate formation and governance, private placements, initial public offerings (IPO), and mergers and acquisitions. Before becoming an Associate at Bevilacqua PLLC, Mr. Starmer served as a Law Clerk for the firm, where he provided assistance in drafting corporate legal documents, aided companies with their IPOs, and helped manage series seed financing initiatives.


Mr. Starmer obtained his Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School. In addition to his legal education, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese and Economics from Western Kentucky University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
